  • Collection of listing documents.

  • Entering listing in the MLS as per MLS requirements.

  • Send proof to the listing agent for activation.

  • Activation of listing.

Dual Buyer & Seller - $500

  • Collect all contracts and agreements per transaction.

  • Send documents to the corresponding signers and ensure all signatures are completed correctly.

  • Upload them to the brokerage compliance system for approval.

  • Verify all contracts are executed, completed, and submitted.

  • Keep all parties updated and informed during the transaction. (Agents, title, lending, etc.)

  • Submit the file to the brokerage.

  • Complete and submit commission disbursement forms.

MLS Listing Entry - $75

  • Verify all contracts are executed, completed, and submitted.
